Notes
Fresh cream really does make a difference in texture. If I want it sweeter, I just add more syrup or a bigger dollop of whipped cream.Lactose-free options like almond or oat creamer totally work if you’re avoiding dairy. Sometimes I’ll chill the glasses in the freezer—keeps things colder longer. You can adjust the pumpkin spice syrup for a lighter or bolder flavor. For a stronger coffee note, a splash more coffee liqueur does the trick. Not into sweetness? Just cut back on the syrup a bit. If I’m making these for a group, I multiply everything and shake up a batch.
