Instructions
Add bourbon, lemon juice, pumpkin spice syrup, and simple syrup to a shaker. Add egg white if using.
Dry shake (no ice) for 15 seconds to blend egg white. Add ice and shake again until chilled.
Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish with cinnamon stick, clove, or a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
