Ingredients

  • 1 cup canned pumpkin or plain pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any milk of choice
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin puree, milk, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, vanilla, and ice cubes to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pause to scrape down the sides if needed, then blend again.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or spice, if desired.
  • Pour into a tall glass or mason jar.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg.
  • Serve immediately with a straw.
