Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka caramel vodka optional
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur Kahlúa preferred
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 2 oz heavy cream, milk, or pumpkin spice creamer
  • 0.5 tsp pumpkin pie spice cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • ice cubes
  • whipped cream for garnish
  • crushed graham crackers for rim, optional
  • cinnamon stick or extra pumpkin pie spice for garnish

Instructions

  • (Optional) Rim the glass with syrup and dip in crushed graham crackers or sugar.
  • Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
  • Add vodka, coffee liqueur, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cream (or milk/creamer) to a shaker.
  • Shake well until smooth and cold.
  • Strain into the prepared glass over ice.
  • Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of spice or a cinnamon stick if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter drink, use milk or half-and-half. Add more maple syrup for extra sweetness, or pumpkin spice creamer for more spice. For a vegan version, use plant-based milk and whipped topping. Enjoy immediately for the creamiest texture.
