Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold apple cider
  • 1 cup orange juice fresh or bottled
  • ½ cup unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or simple syrup
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • tsp ground ginger or ginger syrup
  • tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • ½ cup ginger ale or club soda
  • ½ cup sparkling water
  • Optional: ½ cup pear juice or apple juice
  • Optional garnishes: sliced apples pomegranate arils, orange wheels

Instructions

  • In a pitcher or punch bowl, combine the apple cider, orange juice, and pumpkin puree.
  • Stir in the maple syrup, lemon juice, and all spices: pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
  • Mix well until smooth and spices are fully combined.
  • Add ginger ale, sparkling water, and optional pear/apple juice just before serving.
  • Stir gently to preserve fizz.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or spice if desired.
  • Pour over ice in glasses. Use a strainer if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Garnish with apple slices, orange wheels, or pomegranate arils for extra flair.
