Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup pumpkin puree unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon and nutmeg
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • star anise for garnish, optional
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add pumpkin puree and maple syrup to a mixing bowl. Sprinkle in pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon and nutmeg). Whisk until smooth.
  • Fill a pitcher with ice cubes and add the pumpkin mixture.
  • Pour in ginger ale and sparkling water (or club soda). Stir gently to mix without losing bubbles.
  • Strain into serving glasses if you prefer a smoother texture.
  • Garnish each drink with a cinnamon stick and star anise.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup. Swap ginger ale for ginger beer for more spice. Prep pumpkin mix ahead for parties, add bubbly right before serving. Serve with festive garnishes like cinnamon or orange peel.
