Equipment

  • Champagne flute
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Bar spoon
  • Small strainer
  • Measuring jigger
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 4 oz chilled prosecco
  • 1 oz raspberry syrup store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz limoncello optional
  • fresh raspberries for garnish
  • 1 tsp sugar optional, for extra sweetness
  • ice cubes for shaking and chilling

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add raspberry syrup, lemon juice, and limoncello.
  • Shake gently for about 10 seconds.
  • Strain into a champagne flute.
  • Top slowly with chilled prosecco.
  • Stir lightly with a bar spoon.
  • Drop in 1–2 fresh raspberries for garnish.

Notes

Chill the prosecco well for best bubbles. Use a champagne flute to preserve fizz. Add sugar for a sweeter drink or skip limoncello for a lighter flavor. Frozen raspberries work if fresh are unavailable. Serve immediately for best taste and texture.
