  • Cocktail shaker
  • Small bowl
  • Cocktail pick
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 4 oz tomato juice
  • 0.5 oz lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 tsp horseradish
  • 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 dashes hot sauce Tabasco or your favorite
  • pinch celery salt
  • pinch black pepper
  • 1 large prawn cooked, peeled for garnish
  • ice cubes
  • celery stalk, olives, or lemon wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a shaker with ice. Add vodka, tomato juice, lemon juice, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, and black pepper. Shake gently.
  • Strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Garnish with a prawn on a pick, and add celery, olives, or lemon as desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Chill tomato juice for best results. Adjust hot sauce and horseradish for your perfect spice level. For even more seafood flair, rim the glass with Old Bay seasoning.
