2bottles750ml each prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
3cupspure pomegranate juicechilled
1cupclub soda
1/2cupfresh lime juice
1/4cupsimple syrup
2limesthinly sliced
1cuppomegranate seeds
Ice cubes
Fresh mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
Pour the pomegranate juice into the punch bowl.
Add the lime juice and simple syrup. Stir to mix.
Pour in the chilled prosecco and club soda.
Float lime slices and pomegranate seeds on top.
Add ice cubes just before serving.
Garnish each glass with mint sprigs when serving.
