  • Ice bucket
  • Wine glasses or champagne flutes
  • Measuring cups
  • Cutting Board
  • Sharp knife

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles 750ml each prosecco or sparkling wine, chilled
  • 3 cups pure pomegranate juice chilled
  • 1 cup club soda
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 cup simple syrup
  • 2 limes thinly sliced
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the pomegranate juice into the punch bowl.
  • Add the lime juice and simple syrup. Stir to mix.
  • Pour in the chilled prosecco and club soda.
  • Float lime slices and pomegranate seeds on top.
  • Add ice cubes just before serving.
  • Garnish each glass with mint sprigs when serving.

Notes

Keep all ingredients chilled until ready to use. This helps maintain the bubbles in the sparkling wine.
Make the punch right before serving. The bubbles will start to fade after about 2 hours.
For a non-alcoholic version, replace prosecco with sparkling apple cider or additional club soda.
Store leftover punch without ice in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
