Ingredients

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 1 cup ginger beer non-alcoholic
  • 1 cup sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 2-3 fresh rosemary sprigs plus more for garnish
  • 1/2 cup fresh cranberries optional
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour pomegranate juice, orange juice, and lime juice into the punch bowl.
  • Add ginger ale, ginger beer, and sparkling water.
  • Drop in orange slices, pomegranate arils, and cranberries (if using).
  • Add rosemary sprigs to infuse flavor. Stir gently with a long spoon.
  • Add ice cubes just before serving. Garnish each glass with extra fruit or a rosemary sprig.

Notes

Muddle rosemary for more flavor if desired. Adjust sweetness by changing juice ratios. Make a single serving in a glass if preferred. Double or halve recipe as needed. Great for holidays or festive gatherings.
