  • Citrus juicer
  • Fine strainer
  • Highball glass
  • Collins glass
  • Small plate
  • Ice cubes

Ingredients

  • 2 oz blanco tequila Casamigos or any brand
  • 1 oz pomegranate juice fresh or bottled, unsweetened preferred
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice bottled works if needed
  • 4-6 oz sparkling mineral water Topo Chico or any brand
  • ice cubes
  • Tajin for rim, optional
  • salt for rim, optional
  • lime twist for garnish, optional
  • pomegranate seeds for garnish, optional

Instructions

  • Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into tajin or salt if desired.
  • Fill the glass halfway with ice.
  • Add tequila, pomegranate juice, and lime juice to a shaker. Shake lightly for 10 seconds to chill.
  • Strain into your prepped glass.
  • Top with sparkling mineral water and gently stir.
  • Garnish with lime twist or pomegranate seeds if desired. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

Fresh lime juice brightens up the flavor, but bottled works in a pinch. Add more sparkling water for a lighter drink, or reduce for stronger flavor. Tajin or salt rim adds a fun kick. Serve cold for best taste and bubbles.
