Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice unsweetened
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • ice cubes
  • lime wedge or wheel for garnish
  • fresh pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill your copper mug or glass three-quarters full with ice cubes.
  • Add vodka, pomegranate juice, and fresh lime juice. Stir gently.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir again to combine without losing bubbles.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel, pomegranate seeds, or mint sprig as desired. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

Use good ginger beer for a bold, spicy kick. Adjust tartness by adding more lime or sweetness by upping the pomegranate juice. Easily made into a mocktail by skipping vodka. Batch for a crowd—just add ginger beer right before serving.
