Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • Lime wedge for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a copper Moscow Mule mug with ice cubes.
  • Pour vodka, lime juice, and pomegranate juice into the mug.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon to mix the liquids.
  • Top with ginger beer and give one quick stir.
  • Add fresh mint leaves, pomegranate seeds, and a lime wedge as garnish.
