Equipment

  • Tall glass or cocktail glass
  • Muddler or wooden spoon
  • Measuring spoons
  • Small knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Mixing spoon
  • Strainer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup or to taste
  • 0.5 lime cut into wedges
  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves
  • 0.25 cup sparkling water
  • Pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • Crushed ice
  • Extra mint sprig for garnish

Instructions

  • Drop lime wedges and mint leaves into your glass. Muddle gently to release juice and oils.
  • Add pomegranate juice and simple syrup.
  • Fill glass with crushed ice. Pour in sparkling water and gently stir.
  • Top with pomegranate seeds, extra mint, or a lime wedge for garnish.

Notes

Chill juice ahead of time for the coldest mocktail. Adjust sweetness and tartness as desired. Fresh mint is key—dried won't give the same effect. Use more sparkling water for a lighter drink.
