Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz pomegranate juice unsweetened
  • 0.5 oz fresh lime juice
  • 4 oz ginger beer spicy or regular
  • ice cubes
  • pomegranate seeds or arils for garnish
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • jalapeño slices optional, for a spicy kick
  • lime wedge optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a copper mug or highball glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour in vodka and pomegranate juice.
  • Add fresh lime juice.
  • Top with ginger beer.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds, mint leaves, and lime wedge. Add a slice of jalapeño for extra spice if desired.

Notes

Fresh lime juice is key for flavor. Add more ginger beer or less vodka for a lighter drink. Jalapeño adds a spicy twist. For a non-alcoholic version, skip the vodka. Serve with plenty of ice for maximum chill and fizz.
