Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin such as Empress 1908 Indigo Gin
  • 1.5 oz pomegranate juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup or more to taste
  • sparkling water or tonic water to top
  • 2 oz prosecco optional, for extra bubbles
  • pomegranate seeds for garnish
  • rosemary sprig for garnish
  • cinnamon stick optional, for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add gin, pomegranate juice, and simple syrup. Shake for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into a highball or wine glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with sparkling water, tonic, or prosecco. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds, rosemary sprig, and cinnamon stick if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Use pomegranate juice without added sugar for a crisp flavor. Adjust simple syrup to taste. Prosecco is optional for extra bubbles. Serve immediately for the best fizz!
