A bold, refreshing twist on the classic—dark rum, ginger beer, pomegranate juice, and lime come together for a spicy, fruity cocktail with a gorgeous red hue.
Fill highball glass with ice cubes. Add pomegranate juice and lime juice.
Add ginger beer. Slowly float dark rum on top by pouring over the back of a spoon.
