Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple cider chilled
  • 1.5 cups pomegranate juice chilled
  • 1 cup ginger ale
  • 0.5 cup ginger beer optional, for more spice
  • 0.5 cup vodka
  • 0.5 cup pomegranate arils
  • 1 apple thinly sliced
  • 0.5 lemon juiced
  • ice cubes
  • fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour apple cider and pomegranate juice into a large pitcher or punch bowl.
  • Add ginger ale, ginger beer (if using), and vodka (if using). Stir gently.
  • Add lemon juice, apple slices, and pomegranate arils. Fill with ice and top with mint. Serve immediately.

Notes

Omit vodka for a mocktail. For stronger ginger flavor, add more ginger beer. Use pressed cider for best taste. Hold off on adding ice and soda until serving so it stays fizzy.
