Equipment

  • Pitcher
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing spoon
  • Chilled martini glass or tall glass
  • Citrus juicer
  • Small plate and sugar
  • Ice tray

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Polar Blast Hawaiian Punch
  • 1 cup white cranberry juice
  • 0.5 cup pineapple juice
  • 0.5 cup lemonade
  • 0.25 cup simple syrup to taste
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water
  • ice cubes
  • blue raspberry candy rings for garnish
  • lemon or pineapple slices optional, for garnish

Instructions

  • Pour the Hawaiian Punch, white cranberry juice, pineapple juice, and lemonade into a pitcher.
  • Stir in the simple syrup until blended. Taste and adjust as needed.
  • Fill each glass about halfway with ice.
  • Pour juice mixture into each glass, leaving space at the top.
  • Add equal parts lemon-lime soda and sparkling water to each glass. Stir gently to keep the bubbles.
  • Garnish with a blue raspberry candy ring and a slice of lemon or pineapple, if desired. Serve immediately while cold and fizzy.

Notes

Chill juices before mixing for bold flavor. Swap sparkling water for more soda if you want it sweeter, or reverse for a lighter taste. Sugar rim and citrus peel dress it up for adults. Freeze glasses for an extra frosty feel!
