Ingredients

  • 1 bottle champagne or dry sparkling wine, chilled
  • 2 cups cranberry juice chilled
  • 1 cup vodka chilled
  • 1 cup orange liqueur optional for sweetness
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water
  • 1-2 cups fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • Orange slices or rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill all ingredients before starting.
  • Fill punch bowl halfway with ice. Add cranberry juice, vodka, and orange liqueur. Stir gently.
  • Slowly add champagne to preserve bubbles, then club soda or sparkling water.
  • Add fresh cranberries and orange slices for garnish. Ladle into glasses and serve.

Notes

Use unsweetened cranberry juice for a more tart, less sweet punch. Freeze cranberries to use as ice cubes. Adjust sweetness with simple syrup if desired.
