fresh lime juice

pink pineapple juice
or regular pineapple juice

club soda

Instructions
Place mint leaves and lime juice in the shaker and gently muddle to release oils.
Add rum, simple syrup, and pineapple juice.
Fill shaker with ice and shake for 10–15 seconds.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice.
Top with club soda and stir lightly.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge, lime wheel, and mint sprig.
Notes
Use fresh juice for best flavor. Muddle mint gently to avoid bitterness. Adjust rum or syrup to taste. Serve immediately for freshness and fizz.
