Equipment

  • Pitcher or large mixing jug
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Mixing spoon
  • Citrus juicer
  • Fine strainer
  • Serving glasses
  • Ice cubes
  • Small knife for garnish

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pink lemonade store-bought or homemade
  • 0.5 cup Cranberry juice or pomegranate juice
  • 0.25 cup Lemon juice fresh
  • 2 tablespoons Simple syrup or raspberry syrup
  • 0.5 cup Lemon-lime soda or sparkling water; for fizz
  • Ice cubes to fill each glass
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Grenadine, cherry juice, or watermelon juice optional; splash to taste

Instructions

  • Fill a pitcher halfway with ice. Add pink lemonade, cranberry (or pomegranate) juice, and fresh lemon juice; stir well.
  • Stir in simple syrup (or raspberry syrup) to combine.
  • Slowly pour in lemon-lime soda (or sparkling water) to keep the bubbles.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness as desired.
  • Pour into chilled glasses filled with ice and garnish with fresh mint. Serve immediately.

Notes

Prep ahead by mixing everything except the soda; chill and add the bubbles just before serving. For a lighter version, use more sparkling water and reduce the syrup. For a deeper pink hue, add a small splash of grenadine or cherry juice.
