Ingredients

  • 2 bottles 750ml each premium vodka
  • 64 oz pineapple juice
  • 32 oz club soda
  • 16 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup simple syrup
  • 2 fresh pineapples cut into chunks
  • 2 limes sliced into wheels
  • Ice cubes
  • Mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Cut the fresh pineapples into 1-inch chunks.
  • Slice the limes into thin wheels.
  • Pour the vodka and pineapple juice into the punch bowl.
  • Add the lime juice and simple syrup.
  • Stir the mixture gently until combined.
  • Add the club soda just before serving.
  • Float pineapple chunks and lime wheels in the punch.
  • Fill glasses with ice before serving.
  • Garnish each glass with mint sprigs.

Notes
