Ingredients

  • 2 cups pineapple juice 100% juice, not from concentrate
  • 1.5 cups tequila silver/blanco preferred
  • 0.5 cups fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup club soda or sparkling water for fizz
  • 0.5 cups simple syrup or agave adjust to taste
  • pineapple chunks or wedges for garnish
  • lime slices or wheels for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a large pitcher halfway with ice cubes.
  • Pour in the pineapple juice, tequila, and lime juice.
  • Add the simple syrup or agave and stir well to combine.
  • Just before serving, pour in the club soda or sparkling water and stir again.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness with more syrup or juice if desired.
  • Add pineapple chunks and lime slices for garnish.
  • Serve immediately in glasses over ice.

Notes

Prepare the punch ahead of time but add the fizzy ingredient last to keep it bubbly. Adjust the recipe for individual servings if desired. Add orange liqueur for a twist or skip the tequila for a non-alcoholic version. Fresh garnishes enhance the presentation.
