2cupsfresh pineapple chunks
1cupfresh strawberrieshulled and sliced
1/4cuplime juice
2tablespoonshoney or agave nectar
3cupssparkling water
Ice cubes
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions
Place pineapple chunks and strawberries in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large pitcher.
Add lime juice and honey to the pitcher. Stir until the honey dissolves.
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the fruit mixture into glasses, filling them halfway.
