Ingredients
2cupsfresh pineapple juice
8-10fresh sage leavesplus extra for garnish
1/4cuplime juiceabout 2 limes
2tablespoonshoney or agave nectar
Sparkling water
Ice cubes
Pineapple wedges for garnish
Instructions
Add sage leaves and honey to the shaker. Muddle gently to release the sage oils.
Pour in the pineapple juice and lime juice. Then, fill the shaker with ice.
Shake for 15-20 seconds until well chilled.
Strain the mixture into tall glasses filled with ice, filling each glass about 2/3 full.
Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with fresh sage leaves and pineapple wedges

Store extra pineapple juice in an airtight container for up to 3 days.Fresh sage leaves work best - dried sage won't give the same bright flavor.For a sweeter drink, add more honey. For less sweetness, reduce the honey or skip it.Make a big batch by multiplying the recipe. Mix everything except the sparkling water, then add it just before serving.
