  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Long spoon
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice cube tray
  • Small knife for fruit
  • Cutting Board
  • Small bowl for herbs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
  • 1/3 cup ginger ale
  • 1-2 tablespoons lime juice fresh squeezed
  • 2-3 sprigs fresh sage leaves
  • 2-3 sprigs mint leaves optional
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream or cream of coconut
  • ice cubes
  • fresh pineapple wedge for garnish
  • slice of lime for garnish
  • Sprite optional, for extra sweetness

Instructions

  • Muddle sage and mint leaves in the bottom of the shaker to release oils.
  • Add pineapple juice, apple juice, coconut water, lime juice, and coconut cream to the shaker.
  • Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake well (10–15 seconds).
  • Strain mixture into a tall glass (or punch bowl) filled with more ice.
  • Top with sparkling water, club soda, or ginger ale. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with pineapple wedge, lime slice, and extra sage or mint. Add Sprite for extra sweetness if desired. Serve cold.

Notes

Use fresh sage for the best aroma. Adjust sweetness or tartness to taste. For creamier texture, swap in coconut milk. Pineapple wedges and extra herbs make for great presentation!
