Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pineapple juice
  • 1 oz Passion fruit juice
  • 1 oz White rum
  • 0.5 oz Dark rum
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice fresh
  • 0.5 oz Red passion fruit syrup
  • 1 splash Club soda to top
  • Crushed ice or ice cubes for shaking and serving
  • Pineapple slice and lime wheel for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice.
  • Add pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, white rum, dark rum, lime juice, and red passion fruit syrup.
  • Shake hard for about 10 seconds until the shaker feels icy cold.
  • Strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and top with a splash of club soda.
  • Garnish with a pineapple slice and lime wheel. Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by changing the amount of passion fruit syrup. For a lighter drink, increase the club soda and dial back the rum; for a stronger punch, add a touch more dark rum. Fresh juices give the best flavor—chill your glass for an extra-cold serve.
