A tropical twist on the classic Long Island Iced Tea—equal parts clear spirits shaken with pineapple and lemon, then finished with a quick splash of cola. Fruity, refreshing, and still plenty bold.
Add vodka, white rum, gin, tequila, triple sec, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup (if using).
Shake for 10–15 seconds until the shaker feels very cold.
Strain into a highball glass packed with fresh ice, then add a quick splash of cola.
Stir gently and garnish with a pineapple slice or lemon wedge. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, skip the simple syrup and increase pineapple juice slightly. You can swap the cola for lemon-lime soda for a brighter finish. Always keep ingredients well chilled and use plenty of ice to balance dilution.
