Instructions
Wash the basil leaves and pat them dry.
Place basil leaves in the pitcher and muddle gently to release oils.
Add pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the pitcher. Stir well.
Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
Pour the pineapple-basil mixture through a strainer into the glasses, filling them 2/3 full.
Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves and pineapple wedges.
