A tropical twist on the classic Moscow Mule: vodka and coconut rum with pineapple and lime, topped with spicy ginger beer for a fizzy, refreshing coconut-pineapple mule.
In a cocktail shaker, combine vodka, coconut rum, pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut water.
Shake lightly for about 10 seconds.
Pour into the prepared mug and top with ginger beer. Stir gently to keep the fizz.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and lime wheel and serve.
Notes
Use ginger beer (not ginger ale) for the best spicy kick. For extra coconut richness, swap the coconut water with a small splash of coconut cream. Always stir—never shake—the ginger beer to preserve carbonation.
