Instructions
Add Pimm’s, pear brandy, apple cider, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to shaker with ice.
Shake until well chilled and the shaker feels frosty.
Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
Top with ginger beer or ginger ale. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
Garnish with pear, cucumber, mint, or other fruit as desired.
