Ingredients

  • 2 oz Pimm’s No. 1
  • 1 oz pear brandy or spiced liqueur
  • 2 oz apple cider or fresh pear juice
  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup to taste
  • Angostura bitters dash
  • ginger beer to top (or ginger ale)
  • fresh pear slices for garnish
  • cucumber ribbons for garnish
  • mint sprig for garnish
  • orange wheel for garnish
  • strawberries or apple slices for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add Pimm’s, pear brandy, apple cider, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters to shaker with ice.
  • Shake until well chilled and the shaker feels frosty.
  • Strain into a glass filled with fresh ice.
  • Top with ginger beer or ginger ale. Stir gently with a bar spoon.
  • Garnish with pear, cucumber, mint, or other fruit as desired.

Notes

Try apple juice for a lighter version. Adjust spirits and syrup for sweetness or strength. Great for any season—swap garnishes to fit the mood.
