  • Cutting board and sharp knife
  • Citrus juicer
  • Ice scoop and tongs
  • Serving glasses
  • Small strainer

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups Pimm’s No. 1
  • 3 cups pear juice fresh if possible
  • 1 cup ginger ale or ginger beer
  • 1 cup lemonade or sparkling lemon soda
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice or lime juice
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup optional
  • 0.5 cucumber sliced thin
  • 1 orange cut in wedges
  • 1 lime in wedges
  • 1 apple thin slices
  • strawberries halved
  • fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Fill a large pitcher or punch bowl halfway with ice.
  • Pour in Pimms No. 1, pear juice, lemonade, and ginger ale.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and simple syrup if desired. Stir gently until mixed.
  • Add cucumber, orange, lime, apple, and strawberries. Stir lightly to distribute the fruit.
  • Top with fresh mint leaves. Serve in chilled glasses, making sure each serving has fruit.

Notes

Fresh fruit and mint make this punch pop. Adjust sweetness with more or less syrup. Ginger beer brings a bolder kick than ginger ale. Best served the same day for fresh flavor.
