  • Cocktail shaker
  • Mason jars or glasses
  • Measuring cups

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 cup fruit punch
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup mango juice optional
  • 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • 1/2 cup ginger ale
  • 2 tablespoons grenadine
  • pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • strawberries sliced
  • orange slices
  • fresh mint or basil leaves for garnish
  • ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour all the juices (cranberry, fruit punch, orange, pineapple, and mango if using) into a large pitcher.
  • Add grenadine and stir well.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice and add some juice mix. Shake gently for 20 seconds.
  • Pour the chilled mixture into mason jars or glasses filled with ice.
  • Add lemon-lime soda, sparkling water, and ginger ale to each glass for bubbles.
  • Stir gently in each glass.
  • Top with pineapple chunks, orange slices, strawberry slices, and a sprig of fresh mint or basil.
  • Serve cold and enjoy right away.

Notes

Add soda and sparkling water last for extra fizz. Use more sparkling water for a lighter version. Try juice ice cubes to keep it cold. Mix up the juices or use what’s in season. Fresh fruit garnish makes a big difference!
