Ingredients

  • 2 cups black or green tea brewed and cooled
  • 1 large ripe peach sliced (or ½ cup frozen/canned)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 4 –5 fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Extra peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Brew the tea (green or black) and let it cool to room temperature.
  • Thinly slice the peach and set a few aside for garnish.
  • In a large pitcher, muddle the peach slices, mint, and honey or syrup.
  • Add the lemon juice and cooled tea.
  • Stir thoroughly to combine all flavors.
  • Fill tall glasses with ice cubes.
