For a sweeter drink, add more simple syrup or white chocolate syrup. For stronger mint flavor, use peppermint vodka or extra peppermint extract. Half and half provides a creamy texture; heavy cream makes it richer. For a mocktail, use coffee syrup instead of liqueur and a bit of mint extract.
