  • Cocktail shaker
  • Punch bowl (for batches)
  • Highball or hurricane glass
  • Measuring jigger
  • Bar spoon
  • Ice scoop
  • Strainer
  • Muddler

Ingredients

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz dark rum
  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps or peppermint vodka
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 0.5 oz lime juice
  • 0.5 oz simple syrup
  • 0.5 oz grenadine
  • creme de cacao or coffee liqueur optional, for richer flavor
  • ice cubes
  • candy canes, chocolate syrup drizzle, or nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill shaker with ice. Add all rums, schnapps, juices, syrup, and grenadine. Add creme de cacao or coffee liqueur if desired.
  • Shake well until cold. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with mini candy cane, chocolate syrup, or a dusting of nutmeg. Serve immediately.

Notes

Scale up for parties by using a punch bowl. Add more syrup or grenadine for sweetness, or bump up schnapps for a stronger mint flavor. Garnish makes it festive!
