  • Cocktail jigger or measuring tool
  • Bar spoon
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Ice bucket
  • Citrus juicer

Ingredients

  • 2 oz vanilla vodka
  • 1 oz fresh pear juice
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 4-5 oz ginger beer
  • Ice cubes
  • Garnish options:
  • Thin pear slices
  • Fresh mint sprig
  • Lime wheel

Instructions

  • Fill copper mug with ice cubes until 3/4 full.
  • Pour vanilla vodka, pear juice, and lime juice into the mug.
  • Stir gently with a bar spoon to combine the liquids.
  • Top with ginger beer and give one quick stir.
  • Add garnishes: Place a pear slice, mint sprig, and lime wheel on top of the drink.

Notes

Keep pear juice fresh by making it right before mixing the cocktail. Use ripe pears for the best flavor.
Store copper mugs in the freezer for 30 minutes before serving to keep drinks colder longer.
Pick a spicy ginger beer for extra kick - brands like Fever-Tree or Q Mixers work great.
Skip the vanilla vodka and use regular vodka with 1/4 oz vanilla syrup as an alternative.
