Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add gin, pear juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Shake for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Strain into a pitcher filled with fresh ice.
Top with sparkling wine and gently stir.
Pour into glasses over ice and garnish with pear slice and thyme sprig.
Notes
Chill the pitcher first to keep the punch colder. Adjust simple syrup based on pear sweetness. Add sparkling water for a lighter drink.
