0.5ozelderflower liqueur
0.5ozsage simple syrupor plain syrup steeped with sage
0.75ozfresh lemon juice
1ozpear nectaror pear puree

Instructions
Chill your martini glass in the freezer or with ice water.
Pour pear vodka, elderflower liqueur, sage syrup, lemon juice, and pear nectar into a cocktail shaker.
Add a few fresh sage leaves and ice to the shaker.
Shake for 15–20 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
Strain into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a sage leaf and a thin slice of pear.
