Pear and Ginger Vodka Collins Cocktail Recipe
This refreshing Collins combines sweet pear, spicy ginger, and tart lemon with vodka and a lively fizz. It’s simple, light, and makes a perfect summer (or anytime) sipper that balances fruit, spice, and citrus.

Notes

Fresh ingredients really shine. Make your own simple syrup for best results. Adjust ginger and syrup to taste for more spice or sweetness. Muddle fresh ginger if you don’t have ginger syrup. Omit vodka for a non-alcoholic Collins. Pear and ginger garnish boost aroma and look festive in the glass.
