  • Ice cube trays
  • Knife and cutting board
  • Citrus juicer (optional)
  • Serving glasses
  • Blender (if using fresh peaches)

Ingredients

  • 4 cups peach nectar or 3 cups fresh peach puree
  • 2 cups orange juice preferably freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 3 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • 2 peaches sliced (for garnish)
  • 1 orange sliced (for garnish)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional: 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Use high-quality juices for the best flavor.

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit: Wash all fruit thoroughly. Slice peaches and oranges into thin rounds or wedges for garnish. Set aside some for garnish and dice the rest for the punch.
  • Mix the base: In your punch bowl or pitcher, combine peach nectar, orange juice, pineapple juice, and lemon juice. Stir well.
  • Add sweetener: Mix in honey or simple syrup. Start with less and add more to taste.
  • Chill the mixture: Refrigerate the juice mixture for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.
  • Final assembly: Just before serving, add the sparkling water or club soda and stir gently to maintain carbonation.
  • Add ice and garnish: Fill the punch bowl with ice cubes, then add sliced fruits and mint leaves.
  • Serve: Pour into chilled glasses, making sure each glass gets some of the fruit pieces and a mint leaf.

Notes

This recipe makes approximately 10-12 servings.
You can prepare the juice base a day ahead and add the sparkling water just before serving.
For a frozen version, blend the juice mixture with ice for a slushy texture. This works well for summer parties.
For special occasions, freeze some of the punch with fruit pieces in ice cube trays to use as decorative ice cubes.
To make it less sweet, reduce the honey or simple syrup and add more lemon juice.
For a holiday version, add a pinch of cinnamon and a splash of vanilla extract for warmth and complexity.
