Ingredients

  • 2 cups Frozen peach slices
  • 1.5 cups White wine chilled; Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc recommended
  • 0.5 cup Peach nectar or juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey or simple syrup to taste
  • 0.5 cup Ice cubes optional; for extra thickness
  • Fresh mint leaves or peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Add frozen peaches and chilled white wine to a blender.
  • Pour in peach nectar and honey (or simple syrup).
  • Blend on high until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  • If the mixture is too thin, add ice cubes and blend again until slushy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired, then pour into chilled glasses.
  • Garnish with mint or a peach slice and serve immediately.

Notes

Use a dry white wine to keep the slushy from becoming overly sweet. For a stronger peach flavor, reduce the wine slightly and add more nectar. For a non-alcoholic version, substitute sparkling grape juice for the wine. Leftovers can be frozen and re-blended before serving.
