Add all ingredients except ice to a cocktail shaker.
Dry shake (without ice) for about 10 seconds if using egg white.
Add ice and shake again until the shaker feels very cold.
Double strain into a chilled rocks or coupe glass.
Garnish with a peach slice or an edible flower and serve.

Serve in a coupe to showcase the color. For a lighter drink, skip the egg white and top with soda water. Prefer more peach? Reduce the lemon juice slightly. Fresh, cold ingredients help keep the texture crisp and the flavors balanced.
