Equipment

  • Large punch bowl or pitcher
  • Long-handled spoon
  • Measuring cups and jigger
  • Citrus juicer
  • Knife
  • Cutting Board
  • Ice scoop
  • Small plate and sugar (for rim)
  • Strainer (optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups tequila silver or reposado
  • 3 cups fresh orange juice
  • 1.5 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup peach nectar or purée
  • 0.5 cup fresh lime juice
  • 0.5 cup grenadine syrup pour slowly for sunrise effect
  • 2 cups club soda or sparkling water add just before serving
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 peach sliced
  • raspberries or maraschino cherries for garnish
  • ice cubes for bowl and glasses
  • rosemary sprigs or jalapeño slices optional garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a punch bowl or large pitcher halfway with ice.
  • Pour in tequila, orange juice, pineapple juice, peach nectar, and lime juice; stir gently to combine.
  • Add club soda and give a light stir to keep some fizz.
  • Slowly pour grenadine down the inside of the bowl so it sinks and creates a sunrise layer.
  • Float orange and peach slices on top; add raspberries or cherries. Optional: sugar‑rim glasses by dipping in lime juice then sugar.
  • Ladle over fresh ice and garnish with rosemary or a thin jalapeño slice, if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

Keep juices and soda well‑chilled for a colder punch. Add soda and ice just before serving to preserve carbonation and prevent dilution. Adjust sweetness with more grenadine or brightness with extra lime.
