Ingredients

  • 750 ml rosé wine chilled (about 1 bottle)
  • 2 fresh peaches thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup strawberries halved
  • 0.5 cup raspberries
  • 0.25 cup peach brandy
  • 0.25 cup orange liqueur
  • 0.5 cup peach juice or nectar
  • 1 tbsp simple syrup adjust to taste
  • 0.5 lemon sliced
  • 0.5 cup sparkling water or club soda add just before serving
  • ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  • Wash and slice all fruit. Add peaches, strawberries, raspberries, and lemon slices to a large pitcher.
  • Pour in rosé, peach brandy, orange liqueur, and peach juice; stir gently to combine.
  • Taste and add simple syrup if you prefer it sweeter.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours to let the flavors meld.
  • Right before serving, add sparkling water or club soda. Serve over ice in wine glasses.

Notes

Use a dry rosé to keep the sangria crisp. For stronger peach flavor, add a splash more peach brandy. Serve the same day for best fizz and freshest fruit.
