Equipment

  • Cocktail shaker
  • Strainer
  • Measuring jigger
  • Martini glass or stemmed cocktail glass
  • Small plate or shallow dish
  • Bar spoon
  • Cocktail picks
  • Paper towels

Ingredients

  • 1 oz orange vodka
  • 1 oz peach schnapps
  • 0.5 oz crème de banana
  • 2 oz peach mango juice
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • lemon-lime soda or peach soda splash, for topping
  • 0.5 oz light rum or triple sec optional, for extra depth
  • red and yellow sugar for rim
  • candy peach rings or fresh peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Place your martini or cocktail glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill.
  • Mix red and yellow sugar together on a small plate to make a colorful rim mixture.
  • Remove the chilled glass, moisten the rim with a little peach schnapps, then dip the rim into the sugar to coat.
  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add orange vodka, peach schnapps, crème de banana, peach mango juice, and sweet and sour mix to the shaker. Add the optional light rum or triple sec if using.
  • Shake well for about 10 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels cold.
  • Strain the mixture into the prepared, sugar-rimmed glass.
  • Top with a splash of lemon-lime soda or peach soda for fizz.
  • Garnish with a candy peach ring or fresh peach slice on a cocktail pick and serve immediately.

Notes

Swap peach soda for a sweeter, dessert-like drink or use lemon-lime soda for a brighter, more zesty finish. You can also add a splash of light rum or triple sec if you want a stronger, more layered flavor.
The red and yellow sugar rim creates a fun sunset effect that matches the peachy color of the cocktail. Try freezing peach slices and using them as an edible ice cube so the drink stays cold without diluting the flavor.
Keep all the ingredients chilled and avoid overshaking so the drink stays clear, cold, and slightly sparkling.
