  • Serving ladle
  • Drinking glasses

Ingredients

  • 8 black tea bags
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 cups peach nectar
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup simple syrup
  • 2 fresh peaches sliced
  • 2 12 oz cans ginger ale
  • 4 cups ice cubes
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Optional: frozen peach slices for ice cubes

Instructions

  • Steep tea bags in boiling water for 5 minutes. Then, remove the bags and let the tea cool.
  • Mix the cooled tea with cold water in the punch bowl.
  • Add peach nectar, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Then, stir well.
  • Place the sliced peaches in the mixture.
  • Pour in the ginger ale just before serving.
  • Finally, add the ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves.
  • The punch stays fresh for up to 4 hours when refrigerated.

Notes

Keep the ginger ale separate until serving to maintain carbonation.
Make ice cubes with frozen peach slices for extra flavor without diluting the drink.
This recipe serves 12-15 people and can be doubled for larger groups.
Store any leftover punch without ice in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
You can also adjust the sweetness by adding more or less simple syrup.
