Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz peach nectar
  • 1/2 oz hibiscus syrup
  • 1/2 fresh peach sliced
  • 4 oz ginger beer
  • Fresh mint and peach slice for garnish

Use a good quality vodka as the base. Peach nectar adds fruity sweetness.

Instructions

  • Add peach slices to the shaker and muddle gently.
  • Pour in vodka, peach nectar, and hibiscus syrup.
  • Fill shaker with ice and shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Strain into a copper mug filled with ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
  • Garnish with a mint sprig and peach slice.

Muddling the peach releases its juices and oils. Shaking with ice chills and dilutes the drink slightly.
