  • Fine-mesh strainer
  • Tea kettle or pot for brewing

Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed green tea cooled
  • 2 ripe peaches pitted and sliced

  • Fresh mint leaves
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional: Extra peach slices for garnish

Instructions

  • Place sliced peaches in a bowl and muddle them gently.
  • Mix the cooled tea with honey until dissolved.
  • Add the muddled peaches and peach nectar to the tea mixture.

  • Fill glasses with ice and pour the tea mixture until 3/4 full.
  • Top each glass with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and peach slices if desired.

Notes

Store the tea base without sparkling water for up to 3 days in the fridge.
Add the sparkling water right before serving to keep the fizz.
For extra sweetness, use riper peaches or adjust honey to taste.
Green tea can be replaced with white tea for a milder flavor.
Fresh peaches work best, but frozen ones can work in a pinch.
